Rates differ according to the turnaround time required. The turnaround time begins once a 50% deposit has been paid and the proof of payment has been received by us.

The full amount as per the invoice will need to be settled before completed work is delivered to the client.

Transcription Rates:
Two weeks Turnaround: N$11.20 per audio minute
One week Turnaround: N$12.20 per audio minute
Urgent service priced on request:
Extra 10% is charged on poor recordings on the final invoice.

Proofreading and Copy-Editing Rates:
Two weeks Turnaround: N$19.50 per page
One week Turnaround: N$21.50 per page
Checking and correcting references: N$300.00
Compiling a new reference list: N$400.00
